Who you're buying from

Neatsums Templates is run by J. Chisholm, a sole trader trading as Neatsums, hello@neatsums.co.uk. Payments, VAT and receipts are handled by our reseller, Stripe's affiliate Sold through Link, LLC, the merchant of record, which appears on your receipt and card statement. Its buyer terms apply to the payment.

What you get

A digital template (a spreadsheet you download), as described on its page, in the formats listed there. Prices include VAT. You download it straight after paying, from the page you return to.

Your right to cancel

When you buy, you ask for immediate access to your download and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once the download starts. If you haven't downloaded anything yet, email us within 14 days of buying and we'll refund you in full. See refunds.

Separately, our reseller's own buyer terms give UK and EU buyers a 14-day cooling-off period; ask it through your receipt.

Not advice

The templates organise your own figures. They aren't tax, accounting or legal advice, aren't HMRC software and can't send anything to HMRC. Rates and thresholds are for the tax year each template states, link to their official source and say when we checked them. Check every figure before you rely on it.

If something goes wrong

If a template doesn't work or isn't as described, we'll fix it, replace it or refund you. Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights.

Licence

How you can use a template is in the licence.
