What we collect

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Free templates download with no sign-up and no email address.

When you buy, Stripe's affiliate Sold through Link, LLC takes your payment as the merchant of record and collects what it needs (your email address, payment and billing details) under its own privacy notice. We receive your order details from it, to give you your download and to deal with refunds and questions (lawful basis: to perform our contract with you; for keeping records, legal obligation).

The site and the download page run on Cloudflare, which handles your IP address to deliver them. To unlock your files, the download page checks your payment reference with Stripe's affiliate Sold through Link, LLC, and remembers the result for up to an hour so repeat downloads are quicker. We don't log visitors.

When you download a paid template, we record the time of the first download against your payment reference (no name, email or IP address). If you or our reseller later ask for a refund, it shows whether and when the download started. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in handling refund requests fairly and preventing refund abuse.

Stripe's affiliate Sold through Link, LLC and Cloudflare may process data outside the UK, under their own safeguards for international transfers.

The templates run on your own computer or Google account. We never see what you type into them.

How long we keep it

The first-download record is deleted automatically after 12 months, which covers late refund requests and card disputes.

Order records are kept for six years for tax purposes, then deleted. Emails you send us are kept while we deal with them and for up to a year after.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to the download record, by emailing us. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, please tell us first; you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
