Changed your mind?

When you buy, you ask for the download straight away and agree that this ends your 14-day right to cancel. If you haven't downloaded anything yet, email us at hello@neatsums.co.uk within 14 days and we'll refund you in full.

Something wrong with it?

If a template doesn't work, is damaged or isn't as described, tell us. We'll fix it or send a replacement, and if we can't, we'll refund you. This doesn't affect your legal rights.

Payments are handled by Stripe's affiliate Sold through Link, LLC, our reseller and the merchant of record, which may also refund you directly.

Separately, our reseller's own buyer terms give UK and EU buyers a 14-day cooling-off period; ask it through your receipt.
